In recent years, an incredible number of new vegan cookbooks have come onto the market. Let’s think back 5 or 6 years – we were happy when we discovered a vegan cookbook in the bookstore. This has now changed dramatically and new books with great recipes are added every month.

Especially for “vegan beginners” it is difficult to keep the overview. That’s why I once researched and summarized the 10 most popular cookbooks and baking books with vegan recipes at Amazon for you.

Vegan Love Story: tibits & Hiltl – best vegan cookbooks for beginners

What is it about?

Vegan dishes for any time of day: “Bircher muesli”, “cranberry granola” and “vanilla pancakes” for breakfast, “quinoa apple burger” for lunch, “sticky toffee pudding” for afternoon dessert and perhaps “ale pie with mushrooms and potatoes” for evening? The Restaurant Hiltl in Zurich has stood for vegetarian and vegan enjoyment for 115 years. The tibits is known for its varied vegetarian vegan buffet in various Swiss cities and in a branch in London. With this book, the two vegetarian vegan Swiss institutions combine their knowledge and passion for vegetarian cuisine to create a wonderfully inspiring cookbook. In addition, Julietet Chrétien’s beautiful layout and great food photos are also included.

Isa Chandra Moskowitz: Isa Does It – raw vegan cookbook

Isa Chandra Moskowitz is one of the oldest creatures of the vegan blogger and cookbook world. She has already written many cookbooks and baking books. Isa does it is a collection of feel-good dishes for every meal and also contains some great baking recipes. If you want to veganize your favorite dishes without resorting to substitute products, this book is sure to make you very happy. The instructions are very precise and at the same time easy to understand, which is especially helpful for inexperienced chefs.

As the shooting star of Californian vegan cuisine, Chloe Coscarelli combines the pleasure of her great-grandmother’s classic “Cucina italiana” with the light-hearted lifestyle of the American West Coast.
